Terms & Conditions of Prescription Safety Glasses Canada

General

These terms do not in any way affect any other legal rights that are guaranteed to you. There will be no responsibilities on either side until you have both submitted and received confirmation that we have accepted your purchase. The availability of all products displayed on the website will determine whether or not they can be purchased. The customer will be notified promptly if an item is either permanently unavailable or temporarily unavailable. If we are unable to supply the product or products that the customer has ordered, we will not charge them for those items. Any deal that you make with one of our salespeople, agents, or representatives is completely voluntary because they do not have the authority to change, add to, or ignore any of these terms in any way. Unless we explicitly agree to the changes or additions in writing, we will not be responsible for any consequences that result from them. When you accept these Terms, you are confirming that all of the information and details that you have provided are accurate and up to date.

Description of services and product

On the website, you can find a detailed description of each product. Although there may be minor differences in the description and/or specifications of the goods due to changes made by the manufacturers, we make it our goal to ensure that the products that are provided to you are identical to those that are displayed on the site. Images and photographs of the products found on this website are provided solely for illustrative purposes and may not be an accurate representation of the products themselves. You will be required to give us your prescription at some point during the ordering process. After an eye exam that was performed within the previous two years and by a registered medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician, you are required to have this prescription provided to you. Your prescription will be the one that we use to cut the lens of the glasses, as it is the prescription that you have provided to us. Please consult a registered medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician if you are unsure of the specific prescription you need for your glasses or contacts. We have provided instructions on how to measure your PD (pupillary distance), and we strongly suggest that you make use of those instructions. However, we recommend that you seek the advice of your optician to obtain your PD and provide it to us to provide us with that number.

The Customer needs to be over the age of 18 and legally able to buy prescription eyewear. The Customer can't be legally blind or have a significant visual impairment of any kind. If the Customer provides any inaccurate information, we will not be held legally responsible for the error.

Delivery

After the payment has been processed, the items you ordered will be sent to the address that you specified on the order form for delivery. Although there may be some very slight delays, we intend that all items will be delivered as quickly and promptly as possible. The date of shipment and the time that we provide are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed in any way. If for any reason at all (not due to the fault of the Company), you do not accept delivery of any of the products by this paragraph, then we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee to cover any reasonable additional direct costs incurred by us as a result of your refusal to accept delivery of the products (including additional insurance, delivery, storage or similar charges). We will not accept responsibility for any delay that is caused by one of our vendors. Your order, like all orders for medical devices, is subject to inspection by the government, possible delays in shipping caused by strikes, and other unforeseeable events. As a result, the timing of the delivery, the receipt of the order by you and any other timing expectations may be delayed or impaired, and the processing time for orders may be longer than anticipated.

Examination and Testing of Products

The customer is strongly encouraged to perform a thorough inspection of the products as soon as they are delivered. If any of the items are missing or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and stay away from the affected items. Confirmation of the prescription will be included with each item. If the prescription you received does not match the prescription you ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and do not use the products. Once the products have been delivered to the Customer, the Customer is responsible for any damage that may occur to the products during transit. Unless the loss or damage is the result of our carelessness, the responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs to the merchandise after it has been delivered rests with the customer. The Company is not obligated to reimburse the Customer for any costs associated with the return of goods.

Price and payment

The price that is listed on the website does not include any state taxes that are required to be paid. It is the customer's responsibility to remit to their respective states any sales or use tax that is mandated by the state in which they reside. The delivery cost is not included in any of the prices listed on the website. When the order is placed, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual price. The following kinds of credit cards can be used for the transaction: Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments made with credit cards require prior authorization from the card's issuing financial institution. In addition to that, we offer the customer the option of paying with their PayPal account. If authorization is not granted, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of any goods that have been ordered.

Resale of the Goods

The sale of the items is contingent upon there being an agreement that they will not be redistributed to the general public. This is not relevant to our distributors in any way.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after the initial 24 hours have passed, the customer is required to adhere to the return policy and procedure outlined in the section of the Site devoted to shipping and returns.
